The Pareto principle’s application came to my mind and I thought about how this could be factored into paid vs free subscription. If I have 1000 subscribers with an open rate of 55%(500 -700 Average opens)
Do I calculate my Pareto principle based on 1000 or 600 subscribers. What other metric can be used in this particular application.
I know substack says, 2-10% conversion rate for substack newsletters, but I believe the Pareto principle could better be a guide than subscriber number that substack uses
